Role Overview : The Plant Incharge will be responsible for the overall functioning of the manufacturing unit, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety practices, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production operations to meet output and delivery targets 2. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials 3. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and wastage control 4. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize breakdowns and downtime as well as take action to repair 5. Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards across the plant 6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency 7. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals 8. Maintain production reports, KPIs, and operational MIS for management review 9. Control operational costs and drive profitability.
Required Skills : 1. Proven experience in managing manufacturing/production units 2. Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and extrusion processes 3. Leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per month
